Learnings From A Decade of Depression

Darkness enveloped me for what seemed like an eternity, but there really is light at the end of that tunnel.

From 2009 to 2019, I struggled to find real joy. Those overlong days and sleep-deprived nights of hollow existence, emotional paralysis, heavy discontent, and deep anger towards Life are such foreign ideas to me now.
